We went to our 4 month visit which went well. Little Gavin had his shots and was mad at the world for a few minutes. Finally making a little head way on his cradle cap (no pun intended). He's sleeping pretty good at night as long as we don't break his routine. Still hasn't made his first complete roll, but Dr Meyer assures us that babies develop at different rates and that it is not a competition..I beg to differ. Mommy and Gavin come by the office to have lunch every couple of weeks which is really nice. We read to Gavin before his naps and as you see he is often more interesed in the wall!

I'm 4 months old!
Well I'm learning to stand, fallover, and grab my feet...but not all at the same time. I love to talk in church (mommy and daddy are sending me to daycare next Sunday due to the new and loud "chatter").

It's Christmas, It's Christmas
Gavin & Mommy went to Texarkana for a few days to visit. Gavin enjoyed being over his Aunt Aunt & Uncle Joe's with his cousins. Everyone loved on him & he got lots of kisses from everyone. The cutest quote of the trip came from his cousin, Anna Beth. She said that JuJu (Gavin's grandmother) couldn't come over because she always steals Gavin from everyone. She is two years old!!!

Look at Me!!!
Gavin is growing so fast!! He is now sitting up in his Bumpo chair all by himself. When he gets tired he starts to learn forward, so we have to keep a close watch on him while he is in it. He loves his bath time and when we read stories in funny voices. He cracks up at Daddy when he makes all his wierd noises. He went to his first highschool football game that was being played at the Dallas Cowboy stadium. He slept most of the time on Mommy's chest. Gavin loves when Daddy plays guitar for him.

Santa! "I know him!"
Mom has spent the last two weeks fighting with the Christmas tree lights, testing, wrapping, then lights going out...then repeating the process. Fuses seem to be the problem and hopefully they are solved or the tree will be half lit. Hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and has been blessed this year as much as us.
Merry CHRISTmas!

Baby's First Thanksgiving

We went to Aunt Chelle's for Thanksgiving. Even with all the drama (dog bite, turkey not getting done, a little too much wine), Gavin enjoyed seeing his family & getting to meet those that weren't able to make it to the hospital when he was born. Everyone loved seeing him in his cute "Gobble, Gobble" outfit & enjoyed his coos. Gavin especially liked his cousin, Alex. He talked to her a lot!!
